Who are Ipsos?

Ipsos are an independent and multi-national market research company . They run online opinion panels across the globe and are one of the leaders in this field. In 2005 Ipsos merged with MORI, a well known and well established opinion research brand in the UK. Ipsos was originally formed in 1975 in Paris. They are now one of the largest and best known research organisations with a vibrant online presence.

Our Ipsos Panel Review

Ipsos are one of the best online survey providers and frontrunners in online research. They run many online survey panels around the globe. They are professional in the research they carry out and taking their surveys is a simple and uncomplicated process.
We have been members of our country's Ipsos panel since 2005 and have always received regular survey invitations (several each week) on a whole range of interesting and relevant subjects. They appear to conduct most of their research on a variety of current consumer products and new ideas.

Ipsos Panel Rewards

You receive Ipsos panel points for each survey you qualify for and then fully complete. You can redeem these points for a choice of reward options, including gift cards and online vouchers, or if you are feeling charitable, a donation to one of the worthy charities listed on the site. Some of the Ipsos panels offer Amazon gift cards as one of the reward choices, depending where you live. One or two also offer direct cash incentives in the form of a check or via paypal. We have never had a problem redeeming any of our points with this panel and find Ipsos to be a very efficient and enjoyable panel.
Ipsos also run various loyalty schemes in many of the countries that they operate in, where you can receive entries into prize draws and sweepstakes to win big cash prizes, gifts or extra points in your account, just for taking part regularly in their surveys.

The Good

• This is a trusted panel and pays out the rewards specified.
• The email invitations state how long the survey should take and what your reward will be for completing it.
• A good selection of rewards, particularly Amazon gift cards or other retailer vouchers (depending where you live).
• If you are screened out of one of their surveys you often receive a few token panel points or an entry into their prize draw.
• In our experience this is a very active consumer panel with regular invitations to complete surveys.
• Point redemption threshold is attainable within a reasonable period of time.
• They are unique in that they run loyalty schemes where you could win cash, gifts and points in their regular sweepstakes and prize draws, just for remaining a member and attempting to take their surveys.

The Bad

• No online survey panel is perfect and we find some of the surveys from Ipsos either too long, or on a few occasions, a little boring. At least you have the option to choose whether to take part or not at the beginning of the survey when you are informed approximate survey length and rewards.
